  • He is a judge...He does not have the right to deny ANYONE who has the legal right to get married.  A police officer cannot arrest you because of his opinion, and I was one for 5 years.  A judge cannot insert his opinion if it is his duty to UP HOLD THE LAW AS IT IS WRITTEN.  What is …
